The Chocolat Bonnat is a French, 75% chocolate bar. It is rather plain in flavor and texture. It tastes more milk chocolaty than dark chocolaty. I am having trouble writing about it, because there is really not much to say. The Chocolat Bonnat is not complex or exciting. It is simple and straight to the point. If you like this type of more milky-rich style dark chocolate, you will like it mildly. I found it boring.
