The Domori Guasare is a small chocolate bar sectioned up into little logo’d squares for consumption.

The flavor is a wonderful mixture of sweet and salty. There is are slight nutty notes that comes in with fruity notes. The mixture creates a complex flavor that is quite good. I would say it had more of a salty edge to it than a sweet, overall, but I felt it was balanced. The Domori Guasare was my favorite chocolate out of this Chocolate Garage Purist box.
