Another chocolate bar from the The Chocolate Garage Purist Box, the Francois Pralus Tanzanie is a 75% pure bar. Although it has a high percentage, the Francois Pralus Tanzanie is rather bland. It has a fluffy, light texture, but little flavor. I have a hard time remembering anything about it because there is hardly anything to remember. There are better chocolate bars out there with same or higher percentages and with actual flavor.
