Gindo’s Lemon Serrano Hot Sauce is a punchy hot sauce with a gritty spice. The lemon doesn’t really come through that much but the Serrano definitely does. It has that textured spice to it but adds a semi-sweetness to food. It’s pretty good. I’d rate it in the middle of the pack as far as Gindo’s hot sauces. The standard is really high, though!
