Gindo’s Spicy Romesco Hot Sauce is probably the mildest of all the Gindo’s sauces that I’ve had. But that’s not a knock or critique against it at all—I love this hot sauce and I wouldn’t want it any spicier! It works wonderfully exactly how it is.

Because it is spicy just…more in the flavor palette way. Like pepper goodness spicy. The Spicy Romesco is a smooth hot sauce that adds body and peppery flavor to what it is applied to. I added it to pasta salad and casserole and it worked very well. It spiced it up, both like heat wise and just in general flavor.

Obviously, I totally recommend this sauce—it’s amazing. The Spicy Romesco is super tasty and versatile. It’ll elevate a variety of meals with its mild peppery spice and smooth body.
